Formerly Wellesley Inn and Suites Albuquerque Rio Rancho. On or about November 6, 2004 this hotel will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. Extended Stay is the only all-suite hotel in Rio Rancho. Many of Extendedstay's spacious suites offer beautiful mountain views. Every suite is equipped with kitchen facilities including a full sized refrigerator, cooktop range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and utensils. Additional offerings include two-line phones with dataport, wireless high speed Internet access, voice mail, on-demand movies, oversized work desks, irons and full size ironing boards. An exercise facility is open 24 hours a day, an outdoor heated pool and a courtyard with a barbeque grill. Complimentary continental breakfast daily for our guests.Pets Allowed:One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee.
