Marco Polo Pool Bar and Grill: The seasonal Marco Polo Pool Bar and Grill is located oceanfront on the pool deck of the Caravelle Hotel. The menu features popular favorites such as hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, corn dogs, French fries, nachos etc. The Marco Polo also features a fully stocked bar, serving a wide variety of beer and spirits. Our frozen alcoholic and non-alcoholic tropical drinks are the hit of the beach. The Marco Polo also features live entertainment once a week during the summer months.

Santa Maria Restaurant: The Santa Maria Restaurant is located on the ground level of the Caravelle Hotel, and serves a full buffet breakfast every day. The buffet features all of the breakfast favorites, such as pancakes and French toast, sausage, bacon, eggs, southern style buttermilk biscuits, fresh fruit, a variety of cereals, muffins and a variety of fresh fruit juices. The buffet also features our popular waffle and omelet station where you can get Belgium waffles made to order or have our omelet chef build an omelet to your liking. The Santa Maria also offers an a la carte menu for lighter eaters, as well as daily "Sunrise Specials".

Pirate's Cove Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop: The seasonal Pirate's Cove features a variety of quick options such as hot dogs, fried chicken, pizza and cold and hot sandwiches. However, our guests know that The Pirate's Cove is really the family favorite because of the hand dipped ice cream cones and ice cream sundaes. A wide variety of flavors and toppings are available for our guests to build their own ice cream creations.

Captain's Bridge Restaurant and Lounge: The Captain's Bridge is located at the St. John's Inn, just steps from the Caravelle Hotel. The Captain's Bridge is open to banquets and private parties for groups of just a few people up to groups as large as 300 people. The Captain's Bridge is able to host meetings, reunions, large group functions, and even wedding receptions.
