Cypress Pointe Grande Villas Resort combines the best of laid-back Florida luxury with the finest of fun for the family. After a fun filled day at the theme parks or exploring the area, come back to your spacious suite and relax in first class comfort. There are a variety of luxurious suites at Cypress Pointe. One- and two bedroom suites have kitchen and some have Roman tubs or whirlpool baths and all have TV, direct dial phones, air conditioning and screened patio or balcony. Two and three bedroom units also have a washer and dryer. All the accommodations are decorated and furnished to the highest standards, and the larger suites feature absolutely enormous televisions.

ALL of our resorts will require a credit card ONLY deposit for all guests.

The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. If there is damage or items missing the guest will be charged.

Notice of Construction:
Cafe to start construction in the first quarter of 2008, lasting an estimated 4 mos.
Recreational Area to start construction in late January to last approximately three months.
Installation of Fiber Optic cable with work inside of all buildings (guests and Club House) starting December 26, 2007, and to last about a month.
Installation of increased electrical capacity to the Club House - In progress now in January. This will affect part of the lobby and is expected to take another 3 to 4 weeks.
Outside painting of all the buildings will January 3 and last thru end of June at minimum. Additional construction will begin on a new tennis court and laundry building on April 15, 2008 for the duration of approximately 5 months.

We will try our best to isolate the areas as much as possible, but there may be times where it may not be possible. There will be some noise/dust as a reuslt of the work being done and we will strive to minimize the conditions.

Two Bedroom Suite: 1,329 square feet, king bed, fold out queen sleeper and two twin beds. Two full baths, including a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bath. Also features a fully equipped kitchen, 46" screen TV with cable, VCR, direct dial phone, ceiling fans, washer/dryer and a screened patio or balcony.

One Bedroom Suite: 524 square feet, queen bed, fold out queen sleeper, kitchen, full roman bath, shower, double vanity, cable TV, direct dial phone, ceiling fans, and screened patio or balcony.

Restaurant / Dining Information: Limited service deli with pizzas, deli sandwiches and salads.
