Two Polo Suites have English decor, wet bar and a 27 ft. by 25 ft. parlor. Five Executive Suites have a 13.5 ft. by 25 ft. parlor and wet bar. Other amenities include speaker telephones.

Business Plan: Hyatt Business Plan' rooms are the same size as the guest rooms. Amenities include in-room coffee maker, complimentary local telephone calls and 800 access, two telephones (one on workdesk has data port,) continental breakfast, and complimentary access to the health club.

Regency Club: There are 28 exclusive Regency Club' rooms. Amenities include in-room coffee maker, desk, iron and ironing board. Other features include a concierge on duty, complimentary access to the health club, access to a FAX, complimentary local and 800 calls, access to a copier and printer, and the Regency Club' lounge serving breakfast, afternoon fruit, hot hors d'oeuvres and honor bar cocktails.

Oceanaire Seafood Room: The Oceanaire Seafood Room is an invitingly retro supper club that serves the freshest possible seafood, flown in daily, in a setting that's sophisticated but relaxed, sleek yet warm.
