The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa is nestled on 39 acres at the foot of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Considered one of the most spectacular resorts in the world, the Biltmore features 738 guest accommodations, including 78 one- and two- bedroom villas, eight swimming pools, seven tennis courts, an 18-hole putting course, and a full-service European spa, salon, and Fitness Center. The adjacent Arizona Biltmore Country Club offers two 18-hole PGA golf courses, The Links and The Adobe. At the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, there is an additional daily resort charge of $25.00 per room per night which applies to all reservations. Additionally, a 12.07% tax will apply to the resort charge. The resort charge includes a morning newspaper, local phone calls, access to long distance, access to internet service, shuttle to Biltmore Fashion Park (upscale outdoor mall 5 minutes from the resort), admission to Biltmore Spa and Fitness Center and the use of an 18-hole putting course. When certain rates are confirmed, they will also include a $50 resort credit. This credit can be used for spa, retail, food and beverage charges. This credit applies to regular (rack) rates, the AAA rate and the AARP rate. The resort credit is listed in the expanded room descriptions as well as on any applicable SRP descriptions. This is not an additional charge - the $50 resort credit is already included in the applicable room rate.
