| Hotel Description: The ResortQuest Rentals at Nantucket Rainbow Cottages is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for something affordable that is very close to, but not directly on the beach, and something that is more low-key and private than a hotel. This 20-building enclave of privately owned condo-style accommodations is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with its many water sports, and is within a five-minute drive to restaurants. Provided on the tropically landscaped grounds are a year-round outdoor pool and patio. Cleaning Fees: One Bedroom $80. Cleaning fee will be charged by the front desk at check in to the guests credit card. The clean fees are taxable and are per room booked. Parking: Outdoor (limited to 2 cars per unit)No Boats, Trailers, RVs or Jet Skis. Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Falsified Reservations- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
