| Hotel Description: Conveniently located to serve the needs of business, leisure and group travelers, the Days Inn Clearwater St. Petersburg Airport is within a five-mile radius of several major business parks, including Carillon and The Gateway Center, and is close to three regional shopping malls. The hotel is ten miles from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast and twenty minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa. We are also central to all major professional athletic venues, including the Buccaneers, The Devil Rays and Lightning, as well as many of the local Spring Training baseball facilities. This four-story interior corridor hotel features 117 spacious guest rooms offering either one queen sized or two double beds, available as smoking or non-smoking. Each room is equipped with a hair dryer and coffee maker - with complimentary coffee, and features a 25 inch cable television offering forty-eight channels - including HBO and ESPN and pay-per-view movies. All rooms receive free Wireless High-Speed Internet and offer an in-room safe, almost all have irons and full-size ironing boards. Wheelchair and disabled access rooms are also available, as are upgraded rooms featuring a microwave/fridge unit. Pets are no longer accepted. A complimentary Daybreak continental breakfast is offered every morning, as is a complimentary Wednesday Happy Hour. The hotel also features a large outdoor heated pool with chairs and sundeck, as well as ample parking, on-site laundry facilities and valet laundry. A twenty-four hour restaurant is adjacent and other dining options are within walking distance.
